  Essential Job Functions
  
  Follow kitchen manual for recipes and preparation methods; prepare cold food items with proper taste and presentation.Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly; perform all duties with safety as a priority.Minimize food waste and ensure efficient food production for maximum productivity.Practice sanitation standards, stock rotation, and maintain cleanliness of refrigerators and work areas.Label, date, store, and rotate products; maintain proper stock levels and avoid overproduction.Attend pre-shift meetings, prepare food as needed (including cutting/trimming meats), and notify manager of requisition needs in advance.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties, work hours and/or responsibilities for this job at any time.Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week); shift available is during the PM.Must have open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  Experience/Education
  
  1-2 years' experience as a Prep Cook (Cook III) or a Cook II, preferably in an outlet of similar size and nature. College degree preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

  Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree is searching for a Dishwasher to join our dynamic banquet team. Compensation is based on experience. The purpose of the Dishwasher/Steward is to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks and food servers with appropriate equipment for guest dining experiences.
  
  Essential Job Functions
  
  Must be able to work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment; to perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner; to work as a part of a team as well as complete assignments independently; to take instructions from Manager; to exercise problem solving skills and to interact with co-workers, Managers, guests and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.Washes dishes using established procedures; ensures dishwashing equipment is operating efficiently and ensures dish washing products are maintained at par level.Remove dirty dishes from guest tables, using proper cleaning method.Make sure all tables are set correctly according to Auro Hotels and Brand standards.Properly set up server station per meal period; Keep server station clean and clear of dishes, glassware, etc.Reports all incidents (compliments/complaints/technical issues) to Manager. Controls operation of his/her station. Insures proper execution of service between team members. Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. Help in restaurant/outlet/kitchen when extra duties are assigned. Be familiar with equipment and its location.   Experience/Education
  High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
