    RMA Technician/ Medical Device

    Job Summary:

    The RMA Technician is responsible for providing administrative support for the customer returns processing function, placing and maintaining customer returns, providing information on stock availability, creating and maintaining department and product files, and creating correspondence.

    $18-$21/hr BOE

    Hours: 6:00am - 3:30pm (may have OT early)
    8.5 hours Monday - Thursday, Friday 6 hours  

     

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Verify that products returned match products listed on return merchandise authorization (RMA);Process returned products through company system: create sale order, receive and transfer product to service Dept. etc.;Enter service order for Service department;Inspect, repack, restock unused product;Able to work with biohazard products;Compile data and generates requested reports;Maintain regular attendance in accordance with current position needs and department expectations, as defined by divisional executive management;Perform all other duties as assigned or required.   

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Must have strong computer skills and successful experience working with spreadsheets, word processors, and database programs;Ability to read and understand general correspondence, periodicals, and procedures;Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals;Minimum of 50 pounds lifting;Forklift ExperienceHepB vaccine series

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Responsibilities

    Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing process instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Operate small hand tools, calibrated instruments, microscopes, and test fixtures with precision and care.Perform in-process quality checks, identify issues early, and communicate concerns promptly to ensure product integrity.Maintain a clean and controlled environment by following strict gowning and cleanroom protocols.Support continuous process improvement initiatives by suggesting methods and procedure enhancements.Document all work accurately, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to uphold safety and quality standards.Adhere to scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime on Fridays.

     

    Required Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities

    Job DescriptionJob Description


    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Irvine, CA! This role focuses on supporting industries such as manufacturing, production, quality, engineering, and administration. It is ideal for individuals with recruitment or administrative experience in these fields who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including:

    • Employee on-boarding (I-9, E-Verify)

    • Scheduling interviews

    • Updating employee records

    • Processing background checks and drug screenings

    • Completing employee references

    • Managing employee conversions and terminations

    • Process and audit employee timekeeping and requests

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

    • Leverage various job boards and sourcing platforms for recruitment efforts.

    • Track applicants and employees in Bullhorn ATS/CRM

    • Navigate client-specific ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, UltiPro, ICIMs, Greenhouse, etc.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.

    • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

    • Prior experience working in fast pace environment or staffing environment is a plus

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Strong professional written communication skills.

    • Availability to work after hours or overtime as needed.

    • Passionate about helping others and achieving results.


    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

    • 40 hours / week , overtime available as needed


    Compensation:

    • Uncapped commission potential
