    Jr. Cost Accounting Analyst

    Job Summary
    The Jr. Cost Accountant supports the cost accounting team with day-to-day manufacturing finance activities, including inventory and cost-of-goods analysis, variance reporting, and month-end close support. This role has an emphasis on job costing, labor/overhead support, standard cost maintenance assistance, and inventory reconciliations, while helping ensure key inventory/manufacturing controls are completed accurately and on time.
    Duties & Responsibilities

    Assist with month-end close activities for cost accounting, including support for journal entries and account reconciliations.Help prepare and analyze product costs, manufacturing variances, and other COGS-related reporting.Support standard cost updates and maintain cost data (BOM/routings and related cost inputs) in partnership with operations/manufacturing teams.Assist with labor and overhead rate support (basic calculations, data pulls, trend reporting).Support inventory reconciliations (including intercompany inventory/profit where applicable).Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories (coordination support, variance research, documentation).Support warranty and E&O (excess & obsolete) analysis and reporting.Pull and analyze data from the ERP/accounting system to support cost-of-goods reporting and ad hoc requests.Help maintain documentation for inventory/manufacturing SOX controls and support audit requests as needed.Participate in process improvement efforts to streamline close and reporting activities.Perform other projects as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to cost accounting (manufacturing environment strongly preferred).Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups; comfort working with large data sets).Working knowledge of inventory, COGS, and basic variance analysis concepts.High attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable partnering with operations/manufacturing stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Exposure to standard costing, BOM/routings, or labor/overhead concepts.Experience with ERP systems (any major ERP is fine—SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/etc.).Experience in a medical device / regulated / lot-controlled environment.Spanish (written/spoken) a plus.

    Position Overview:

As an Intake Operator, you will play a vital role in receiving, processing, and uploading data from medical devices to support patient care and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Adhere to all relevant standards and regulations including HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA.Follow all work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Patch Intake area and work surfaces.Perform recycling and waste management practices in accordance with company policies.Receive and process medical devices, including de-kitting and verification of patient information.Upload device data to proprietary data management software accurately and efficiently.Meet established deadlines, productivity goals, and quality metrics.Identify, communicate, and document safety, quality, or process issues promptly.Comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for accurate record-keeping.Participate in lean activities, 5S improvements, and team problem-solving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

     

    Qualifications:

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Irvine, CA! This role focuses on supporting industries such as manufacturing, production, quality, engineering, and administration. It is ideal for individuals with recruitment or administrative experience in these fields who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including:

    • Employee on-boarding (I-9, E-Verify)

    • Scheduling interviews

    • Updating employee records

    • Processing background checks and drug screenings

    • Completing employee references

    • Managing employee conversions and terminations

    • Process and audit employee timekeeping and requests

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

    • Leverage various job boards and sourcing platforms for recruitment efforts.

    • Track applicants and employees in Bullhorn ATS/CRM

    • Navigate client-specific ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, UltiPro, ICIMs, Greenhouse, etc.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.

    • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

    • Prior experience working in fast pace environment or staffing environment is a plus

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Strong professional written communication skills.

    • Availability to work after hours or overtime as needed.

    • Passionate about helping others and achieving results.


    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

    • 40 hours / week , overtime available as needed
