Job Summary:
The RMA Technician is responsible for providing administrative support for the customer returns processing function, placing and maintaining customer returns, providing information on stock availability, creating and maintaining department and product files, and creating correspondence.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Verify that products returned match products listed on return merchandise authorization (RMA);Process returned products through company system: create sale order, receive and transfer product to service Dept. etc.;Enter service order for Service department;Inspect, repack, restock unused product;Able to work with biohazard products;Compile data and generates requested reports;Maintain regular attendance in accordance with current position needs and department expectations, as defined by divisional executive management;Perform all other duties as assigned or required.Minimum Qualifications:
