What You'll Do:
Drive New Business
Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and smart prospecting tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Indeed, etc.)Build and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue goalsDeliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our staffing solutions and valueNegotiate pricing and agreements aligned with company standards and client needs
Build Client Relationships
Develop long-term partnerships with clients through consultative, relationship-driven sellingManage and grow assigned accounts with high-touch service and proactive communicationPartner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success and delivery excellenceConduct site visits, service reviews, and safety evaluations as part of full-service account support
