We are seeking a P&C sales representative to join our State Farm agency team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's customer base by selling various types of insurance policies to new and our existing clients. We utilize a customer focused, needs-based approach to make sure people are getting what they need at the best price possible. Our new business is primarily referral-based, internet leads, and win-backs. No cold calling!
Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance products to new and existing clientsReview customer plans to identify needs, offer solutions, and/or avenues to savingsResolve client inquiries and complaints Expand business reach through referral and networking techniquesComply with insurance standards and regulationsQualifications:
