Position Overview
As a Teacher Assistant, you will support small-group instruction and individualized learning for children with autism and related developmental differences. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and clinical staff to help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Full TimeMonday - Thursday
Daily Responsibilities
Support small-group and individual instruction for children with autismAssist teachers with lesson implementation and classroom activitiesSupport behavior plans and positive behavior strategiesHelp maintain a structured, safe, and engaging learning environmentCollaborate with classroom and clinical staff to support individualized goalsAssist with transitions, routines, and daily classroom organization
Required Qualifications
Interest in working with children with autism or special needsCurrently enrolled in or pursuing a degree in:EducationPsychologyChild DevelopmentSpecial EducationRelated fieldAbility to follow behavior support plans and classroom proceduresMust pass background checkCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications
Experience working with children in educational or childcare settingsCoursework in child development, special education, or behavior analysisInterest in ABA therapy or special education career pathways
