Responsibilities include:
Oversee night shift production in die cutting and folding operations to meet or exceed customer quality and on-time delivery specifications.Supervise approximately 20 - 25 employees regarding safety, procedures, workflow, incidents, schedules, and any other related matters.Oversee employee training, job duties, schedules, safety, procedures, motivation, discipline, time off, performance reviews, and accountabilitySupervise quality control/inspection procedures for these departmentsCoordinate efforts and communicate daily with previous shift supervisor and subsequent shift supervisor to maintain efficient & timely workflow, consistent procedures, and proper employee staffing.Lead employees by setting a good example and having a supportive attitude.Maintain organization and cleanliness of these departments including equipment and work areasContribute ideas and implement changes regarding new equipment and procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and/or profitability of company.Qualifications include:
