    Candidate will receive on-the-job training related to the dynamics of the petroleum industry, the specifics of your job assignment, and the use of various software programs.     Key Responsibilities:Collects, compiles, analyzes, and verifies financial and other data to ensure the integrity of accounting records.     The Modern Management Senior System Architect will own and drive our Mobile Device Management (MDM) strategy.     The Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer is the Marathon Petroleum Company (MPC), Anacortes, WA refinery site technical authority and subject matter expert (SME) for fixed equipment assets (e.g., pressure vessels, piping, relief valves, heat exchangers, fired heaters, structural steel, tanks, etc.). Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to, expertise in ASME Section I Boilers, Section VIII Pressure Vessels and B31.1/B31.3 Piping design, fabrication, testing, inspection and maintenance, Bolted Joints, Pressure Relief Valves and National Board (NBIC) repairs/alterations. In this role, the successful candidate will provide technical direction and support to site personnel & impacted groups. As well as interact with MPC Corporate Technologists and SMEs to ensure Mechanical Integrity of fixed equipment assets at the Anacortes Refinery.

    The ideal candidate shall have outstanding technical and analytical skills, at least 5 years' experience in the refining/petrochemical industry with 5 years' experience in fixed and/or pressure equipment and possess a strong understanding of fixed equipment design, fabrication, inspection and testing, inspection strategies/Risk-Based Inspection Methodologies, damage mechanisms and Fitness for Service (FFS) evaluations/analysis per the applicable industry specifications (e.g., ASME, API, TEMA, AWS). The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of the NBIC "VR" (Valve Repair) Stamp program and support the Anacortes refinery in terms of Mechanical Integrity strategies to ensure the safe and reliable condition and operation of its fixed equipment assets.

    Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvides technical support for pressure vessel, boiler and piping design, fabrication testing and inspection, including repair and alteration strategies per industry, site-specific, and MPC-specific requirements. This includes ASME Section I Boilers, Section VIII Pressure Vessels and B31.1/B31.3 Piping design & fabrication, Bolted Joints, and Pressure Relief Valves.Develops and initiates focused reliability-improvement programs that highlight bad actors, identifies long-term investment needs for the area teams, and solves systemic problems which are proactive approaches in preventing costly production losses and in ensuring the maximum life of fixed equipment.Performs Life Cycle Cost Analyses (LCCAs) to support budget forecastingReviews and specifies permanent and temporary repairs, calculation of renewal thicknesses and the assessment of remaining life for fixed equipment assets.Provides site subject matter expertise in fixed equipment repairs and alterations and Relief Valve Inspection/Testing per all applicable MPC standards, NBIC standards, and site specific "VR" Stamp programs.Works with Reliability, Inspection, Operations, and Maintenance to evaluate equipment damage mechanisms and recommends corrective actions and/or potential projects to ensure continued equipment Mechanical Integrity.Leads, performs, or reviews Fitness for Service (FFS) evaluations based on MPC, site, and industry codes including, but not limited to, API 510, API 570, and API 653 in addition API 579. Communicate, elevate, and mitigate process safety risks, as appropriate.

    Identify, develop, and deliver training on process safety management and related topics to stakeholders including technical aspects of process safety such as PHA/LOPA/IPLs, facility siting, dispersion modeling, etc.

    Conduct and/or validate process safety leak calculations and categorization. Analyze process safety metrics to identify trends, strengths, and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards and report to effectively communicate metrics and trends.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Minimum Requirements
