This role focuses on driving terminal efficiencies, ensuring compliance with health, environmental, safety, and security objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This incumbent leads a team of 19 employees, including 3 direct reports. The El Paso terminals are critical assets collocated with the El Paso refinery and responsible for safe loading of light products and asphalt for use in the broad area around El Paso, including across the border into Mexico.
