We’re an independent dental practice in Escondido hiring a Patient Concierge to own the patient experience from the first phone call through follow-up. It’s a front-office role with real responsibility: you’re the first person patients deal with, the one who makes treatment and cost make sense, and the one who keeps the day running.
The work:
Run the phones, scheduling, and check-in/check-outPresent treatment plans clearly and help patients understand their options and the reasons behind themBuild out-of-pocket estimates and set up payment plans and financingExplain insurance benefits and coverage in plain terms, and set honest expectations on what isn’t coveredVerify insurance and build breakdowns when something’s needed same-day; oversee our billing partner who handles the rest and step in when they don’tKeep the schedule, patient flow, and daily numbers in order
What we’re looking for:
Someone patients trust quickly, who stays steady when the front desk is busyComfortable talking about treatment and money directly, without pressureOrganized and dependable with detailsReal working knowledge of dental insurance and benefits, or the drive to master it fastBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
