    Overview

    Are you a maintenance leader who enjoys planning, organizing, and driving equipment reliability? As a Site Supervisor – Preventive Maintenance Planning, you'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities that keep equipment operating safely and efficiently while supporting a team of skilled technicians.

    In this role, you'll take ownership of maintenance planning, scheduling, work preparation, and technician support to ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed effectively, and downtime is minimized.


    A Day in the Life

    Your day starts by reviewing maintenance priorities, equipment performance, and upcoming preventive maintenance activities. You'll coordinate schedules, verify parts and materials are available, work with operations to align maintenance plans, and support technicians with guidance throughout the day. You'll spend time both in the field and at your workstation, ensuring maintenance work is organized, executed safely, and driving long-term equipment reliability.


    What You'll DoPlan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.Review and prioritize maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.Ensure technicians have the parts, tools, permits, and resources needed before work begins.Lead and support maintenance technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and site leadership.Monitor maintenance performance, PM completion rates, equipment downtime, and reliability trends.Maintain accurate records and documentation within the CMMS system.Provide coaching, guidance, and support to maintenance team members.Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, planning efficiency, and equipment performance.Support troubleshooting efforts and follow-up actions resulting from preventive maintenance findings.Requirements:

    What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facility environment.Experience leading teams, coordinating work, or serving in a lead technician role.Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning.Experience using CMMS software to manage work orders and maintenance schedules.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively coordinate between maintenance, operations, vendors, and leadership teams.Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree, technical certification, or equivalent maintenance training.Experience with SAP, Maximo, LLumin, Infor EAM, or similar CMMS platforms.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, reliability programs, or continuous improvement initiatives.OSHA, maintenance, or supervisory certifications.Experience planning maintenance work for shutdowns, off-shifts, or large preventive maintenance programs.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.Ability to walk production floors, climb stairs, and access equipment throughout the facility.Comfortable working in industrial environments that may include varying temperatures, noise levels, and dust.     Your day starts by connecting with your team, reviewing priorities, and making sure the site is set up for a safe and productive shift. Throughout the day, you’ll coordinate maintenance activities, troubleshoot electrical or automation issues, support technicians in the field, and work directly with the customer to keep operations running efficiently.

    No two days are exactly the same — one moment you may be planning preventative maintenance schedules, and the next you’re solving a critical equipment issue to prevent downtime. You’ll be a leader, problem solver, communicator, and hands-on resource for your team every day.
