Position Summary
The Aerospace Quality Control Manager is responsible for leading all quality assurance and quality control activities within a precision machining and aerospace manufacturing environment. This position ensures compliance with customer specifications, government regulations, and industry standards while managing inspection personnel, quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred)
10+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience
5+ years of Quality Management experience
Extensive experience with CNC machining, heavy machining, and precision manufacturing
Experience with defense and government contracts
