    We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with strong automotive manufacturing experience to oversee Welding Operations on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate must be results-oriented, a strong problem solver, and capable of driving operational performance while reducing downtime and improving efficiency.

    This role requires a proven track record leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ensure daily production targets and operational requirements are achievedSupervise welding production activities and support daily operations on the production floorEnsure machines, welding equipment, fixtures, and tools remain operationalDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and downtime reductionEnsure employees follow quality, safety, housekeeping, and production standardsPerform random audits and process checks as neededSupport troubleshooting and effective resolution of production issues and equipment breakdownsCoordinate operator training and identify development opportunitiesCommunicate production concerns and abnormalities to leadershipMaintain and control technical and production documentationEnsure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systems and company policiesPromote ethical conduct and compliance with company standards and regulations

    Qualifications
