Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role supports operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Troubleshoot and repair machinery, tools, and equipment.Conduct routine inspections of facilities and production equipment to identify and correct issues.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards (e.g., OSHA, company policies).Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.Work with outside contractors and vendors when necessary.Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; technical training or certification preferred.Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Familiarity with maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance software (e.g., CMMS).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical stamina and dexterity; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions.Work Environment:
Primarily warehouse setting.May involve extended periods of standing, lifting, bending, and operating equipment.Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as neededOther duties as assigned by plant management.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

About the Role
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility machinery, the support equipment, building and equipment on the grounds.
What You’ll Do
· Troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems on thermoforming machines, plastic extruders, and auxiliary equipment.
· Work with 480V / 220V / 120V / 24VDC control wiring and electrical systems.
· Diagnose and repair sensors, relay logic, contactors, and control circuits.
· Configure and maintain Allen-Bradley and SEW drives (parameter setup, speed reference, and fault diagnostics).
· Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and wiring prints.
· Perform mechanical maintenance involving pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, and gearboxes.
· Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
· Communicate effectively and work closely with production, engineering, and other maintenance team members
Qualifications
· Industrial maintenance or automation experience (plastics, extrusion, or thermoforming preferred).
· Strong understanding of electrical control systems – this is not a construction electrician role.
· Experience with Allen-Bradley, Keyence PLCs, I/O wiring, industrial sensors, and drives.
· Mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability.
· Knowledge of lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and industrial best practices.
· Team-oriented and reliable with strong communication skills.
· High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or degree preferred.

The Warehouse Assistant helps the Warehouse Manager in maintaining warehouse inventory by arranging boxes and ensures they’re stored in a way that they won’t be damaged. They’re also often responsible for maintaining general cleanliness in the warehouse.
Skills:
The Warehouse Assistant should be detail-oriented, a problem-solver who can think quantitatively and notice defects and errors quickly. When problems arise, they must be able to act quickly and decisively. In order to be successful, the warehouse assistant should have strong communication skills and able to work as a team member with a wide variety of people in the supply chain.
Education and/or Experience:
-2-3 years warehouse experience
-High-volume distribution management
-Proven track record
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
