The Manufacturing Senior Project Engineer will transform the way we work. In this role, you will be asked to develop and drive projects amid the Smart Manufacturing portfolio. The Manufacturing Engineer will drive these projects through detailed design, technology pilots and plant trials, project execution, startup and commissioning, value tracking and sustainment activities and project closeout.
This role is expected to provide technical leadership and expertise in the evaluation, development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, controls, instruments and equipment. You will also focus on improving costs and value of existing products including, but not limited to raw material utilization, optimization of ingredients and manufacturing/production processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
Experience in scientific procedure, project management, experimental design, data analysis and interpretation and project documentation

You will lead the production function and directly manage a team of 4 production supervisors, 2 engineers, and 2 process engineering technicians with overall responsibility for 118 production employees out of a 230-person site.
You will play a key leadership role in driving operational performance, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner closely with a technical team (Plant Engineer/Process Engineer), ensuring alignment between production execution and process optimization.

The Electrical Technician position is a key role in the final inspection and functional testing of company products. As an Electrical Technician, you will create a test plan, electronically / electrically test, and inspect electrical components and connections in various applications; (structures, units, panels, panelboards, component parts, controls, and assemblies) to verify correct product function. At times, you will need to perform troubleshooting and complete, or document needed repairs before shipping. The ability to follow diagrams, schematics, and various work instructions in line with engineered specifications, including test and working procedures will allow you to be productive in this role.
