At The Mansions, our Housekeepers have extensive daily interaction with residents and guests on our behalf. In the Housekeeper role, personnel are expected to be professional, courteous, outgoing, compassionate and maintain safety procedures at all times.

Senior Event Planner
The Senior Event Planner is an upfront and hands-on representative of Mansions Senior Living Communities. They have extensive daily interaction with resident's, customers, and the public on the company’s behalf. This position requires personnel to be professional, courteous, outgoing, compassionate, and always someone who always maintains safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service & communication skills. The Senior Event Planner is responsible for the overall enrichment and coordination of resident social activities. The goal of the activities program is to provide mental, physical & creative stimulation that encourages an invigorating social atmosphere for our residents.
Position Requirements
Full-time, 40 hours per weekMust be able to pass a comprehensive Criminal Background Screening and pre-employment Drug TestMust provide valid employment documents.Must have reliable transportation to report to work on time and maintain good attendance.Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, or kneel throughout shift. Must be able to lift 25-50lbs.Customer service: includes professional, prompt, and courteous correspondence with residents, visitors, contractors, coworkers, and supervisors.Maintain a positive “can-do” attitude.Ability to follow verbal and written instruction with attention to detail.Self-motivated, able to work with/without supervision.Communicate politely & professionally with customers, co-workers & supervisors.Potential for “on-call” for fill-in shifts; could require evenings, overnights, or weekends for emergencies.Willing to travel to other Mansions Senior Living Communities for emergencies or fill-in shifts.Experience driving passenger commercial vehicles is preferred. CDL is not required.Must possess current Driver’s License, acceptable driving record & current personal auto insurance.Maintain an accurate and a thorough knowledge of all the aspects of the property, specifically in areas such as community policies, safety, and emergency procedures, etc.Essential Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Must love seniors and have a great sense of humor.Responsible for planning and directing a program of diversified activities for all residents.Develop & coordinate activities for independent residents to participate in such as: social activities, resident birthday parties, family gatherings, outings, spiritual activities, creative and artistic activities, exercise, recreation, etc.Provide a calendar of events for resident reference.Schedule outside vendors & entertainers for enjoyment of residents.Assist in resident transportation to shopping, errands, doctor visits, fieldtrips, etc.Manage monthly budget & expenses for Activities department.Engage & interact with residents and families to instill a positive image of the Community.Communicate with residents to see what their interests are & develop new programs accordingly.Work closely with Supervisors to coordinate monthly resident or marketing events.Seasonal decorations for the building to encourage excitement and interaction.Compensation & Benefits

The Role
The Server role ensures that all guests are served to The Mansions standards in the Restaurant areas. Servers welcome guests and demonstrate the highest standards of hospitality at all times within food and beverage areas. Servers take orders, serve and at times prepare food and beverages to all residents and guests. Servers provide friendly and timely services in an efficient manner under the direct supervision of the Service Manager, Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.
