    We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join our medical device client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing complex electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to follow detailed instructions while working independently or as part of a team.

    Job Title: Electromechanical Assembly Technician
    Location: Chaska, MN
    Pay Rate: 28-32hr

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assemble and wire electrical control panels and related components. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of systems and subassemblies. Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure accuracy and compliance. Inspect, troubleshoot, and test assemblies to ensure proper functionality. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications: Previous experience in electromechanical assembly, panel wiring, or related field preferred. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. High mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification a plus

    Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer, NPI

    Location: San Jose, California

    Pay Range: $70-$75 Per Hour

    What's the Job?

    Lead electrical team and manage NPI project transfers to Manufacturing and contract manufacturers. Design interconnect wiring diagrams, schematics, wire harness drawings, and test procedures. Perform failure analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Develop panel layouts, prototypes, work instructions, and BOMs; manage ECNs and deviations. Collaborate with suppliers to create test requirements, fixtures, and software. Design and commission test equipment; ensure manufacturability in product development. Train manufacturing personnel on test processes, equipment, and software.

    What's Needed?

    6+ years in Electrical Engineering or NPI within industries such as oil & gas, energy, pharma, chemical processing, or large capital equipment. Fuel cell knowledge is a plus. Proficient in schematic and wire harness CAD (AutoCAD). Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, magnetics, control systems, switchgear, and instrumentation. Hands-on experience with high-power/high-voltage equipment testing and troubleshooting. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
