    Our client, a leader in the agriculture and construction equipment manufacturing is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the supply chain and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer

    Location: Sturtevant, Wisconsin 53177

    Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000 + 10% Bonus

    Will Provide Relocation

    What's the Job?

    Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Lead supplier qualification processes, including audits and business case evaluations for new suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing to enhance product and process quality. Manage supplier performance metrics and enforce corrective actions to resolve quality issues efficiently.

    What's Needed?

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer Experience working with Advanced Quality Planning tools and quality management processes. Ability to travel up to 40% within North America, Mexico, and Canada. Professional certifications such as CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, or related are preferred.

    Job Title: Mold Design Engineer

    Location: Jacksonville, Florida 32226

    Pay Range: $85,000 - $125,000 + 5% Bonus

    What's the Job?

    Design and develop 3D models of new injection molds producing high-quality products and detailed drawings. Create mold layouts, including cooling, ejection, and detailed component designs. Interpret mold filling simulations and cooling analyses to optimize mold performance. Document and release work instructions and models to manufacturing teams to support new mold production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mold designs meet project specifications and quality standards.

    What's Needed?

    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience designing plastic injection molds. Extensive experience with 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks. Broad knowledge of standard mold components and injection molding processes. Strong understanding of mold cooling, heating, and ejection systems.
