    Assist with month-end close and reconciling items across all pay groups Research and resolve tax inquiries, including processing tax amendments through ADP Lead year-end activities to ensure completeness and compliance, providing accurate W-2 forms to employees Serve as the Payroll technical lead for Workday functional areas such as Payroll and Time & Absence Participate in project meetings with cross-functional teams to provide input on payroll-related initiatives and assess project feasibility

    Pay Range:$88/hour

    What's the Job?

    Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure project deliverables are executed successfully. Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned. Coordinate documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items throughout project lifecycle.

    What's Needed?

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience. 6-8 years of experience as a program manager or in a similar role. Ability to produce and maintain project schedules and manage risks effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Agile, and Smartsheet.
