Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Lead supplier qualification processes, including audits and business case evaluations for new suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing to enhance product and process quality. Manage supplier performance metrics and enforce corrective actions to resolve quality issues efficiently.What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer Experience working with Advanced Quality Planning tools and quality management processes. Ability to travel up to 40% within North America, Mexico, and Canada. Professional certifications such as CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, or related are preferred.What's in it for me?
