You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient production of high-quality automotive components while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: McCalla, AL
Pay Range: $26.50/hr. - $31.30/hr. (depending on experience)
Shifts Available: 3:00pm – 11:30pm OR 11:00pm – 7:30am
What’s the Job?PLC and HMI maintenance & troubleshooting (including Ladder logic)Perform & diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMsAdvanced electrical and blueprint schematic readingIntegrated circuit troubleshootingResponsible for assisting with pneumatic circuit designCapable of sizing motor starters and overloads for an applicationGeneral knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, ad hydraulic blueprint schematic readingAbility to troubleshoot basic control circuitsUse of basic shop tools (hand tools, drills, lathes, and milling machine)What’s Needed?Minimum of 4 years experience in Industrial maintenanceAutomotive Manufacturing industry experienceExperience with troubleshooting/repair of Plastics InjectionProven understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systemsOverhead crane and forklift experienceVocational or Technical Degree preferred
