    Our client, a leader in the Environmental Health and Safety sector, is seeking an EHS Team Lead to join their team. As an EHS Team Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting essential safety and environmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering a productive work environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

    Job Title: EHS Team Lead

    Location: Mountainview, CA

    Pay Range:

    What's the Job?

    • Support the implementation and management of various EHS Program initiatives.
    • Ensure the team understands the client's program/project objectives, requirements, and processes.
    • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members and facilitate team meetings as needed.
    • Lead by example and act as a role model for the team.
    • Recognize and celebrate team and individual accomplishments and exceptional performance.

    What's Needed?

    • Comprehensive understanding of quality management systems and environmental, health, and safety management practices.
    • Multiple years of experience in effective team leadership and management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

    Our client, a leader in the tech industry, is seeking a Certified Occupational Health Program Lead to join their team. As a Certified Occupational Health Program Lead, you will be part of the Occupational Health department supporting various health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing complex cases, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Certified Occupational Health Program Lead

    Location: Mountainview, CA

    Pay Range: Not disclosed

    What's the Job?

    • Support occupational case management operations, including injuries and psychosocial cases.
    • Assist in building the program and addressing regional needs during project phases.
    • Design case management processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Act as an escalation point for tier 3 and above cases.
    • Collaborate with operations, workplace services, and global risk teams on health and safety initiatives.

    What's Needed?

    • COHN or COHN-S certification from the American Board of Occupational Health Nursing (ABOHN) is required.
    • Expertise in managing complex, high-risk cases and in occupational health regulations.
    • Strong experience in health emergency preparedness and communicable illness response.
    • Proven project and process change management skills.
    • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
