Machine Shop Helper / Manufacturing Associate
$18.00 per Hour | Temecula, CA
Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4-Day Work Week!)
Seeking mechanically inclined individuals for a manufacturing company in Temecula. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with their hands, operating machinery, mechanically inclined, and learning valuable manufacturing skills.
Grinding experience is a plus. We are open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the production and finishing of custom metal components.Operate manufacturing equipment, including grinders and stamping machines.Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and testers.Follow work instructions and quality standards.Support general shop operations and maintain a safe work environment.Qualifications:
Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn manufacturing processes and equipment.Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, automotive repair, fabrication, or other hands-on technical fields is highly preferred.Grinding or machine shop experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a machine shop environment around moving mechanical equipment.Able to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and vibration.Why Apply?
