Job Summary
We are seeking a Breakfast short order opener cook to apply if you do not have experience or are not looking for a long term role do not apply. Come in M-W morning at 605 New Berlin Road Jacksonville
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
Prepare eggs, omelets and assorted food and present it in an appealing mannerBe able to work in a very fast paced lineSupervise and delegate tasks to other team membersFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by the head chef or managementMust be very organizedWork as a teamClean and restock daily
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role eggs and omeletsServeSafe or Food Handler’s CertificationAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureWorked in a breakfast lunch environment previously 2-5 yearsExcellent time management skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 poundsMust have reliable transportation
