PRODUCTION MANAGER Garden City, KS Our client is a premier manufacturer of stainless steel, carbon steel and fiberglass tanks, serving the agricultural, industrial and environmental sectors. They have asked us to find their next Production Manager for their manufacturing plant in SW Kansas. The plant is located in a mid-sized town with great schools, in a low cost of living area, low crime, low congestion, high quality of life area. The company is growing and there are ample opportunities to advance beyond this position in KS and elsewhere in the US, as they have locations in other parts of the US as well. For this position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a stainless-steel fabrication manufacturing environment. Must have proven experience in 304 and / or 316 stainless steel welding methods (TIG, MIG, Pulse MIG). ASME tank experience a plus. Base salary will be $100 – 130k, (DOE) plus bonus. Relocation assistance is available. Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa.
