What You’ll Do:
Setting forms accurately to gradePlacing and shaping expansion joints and edgesOperating hand trowels, floats, edgers, jointers, and straightedgesApplying hardening and sealing products for proper curingWorking as part of a fast‐moving crew on commercial and residential jobsWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar roleYour own basic tools: tool belt, hammer, tape measure, and mud bootsStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipPhysical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materialsWillingness to work outdoors in changing weatherValid driver’s license and reliable transportationLaborer
This is not a stand‐around position. Laborers are a critical part of our crew and stay busy all day.
What You’ll Do:
Cleaning, stacking, and moving formsKeeping the jobsite clean, organized, and safePicking up, moving, and returning tools and equipment—often multiple times per dayAssisting finishers and crew wherever neededLearning the concrete trade by being involved in every phase of the jobWhat We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and willingness to hustleAbility to lift heavy materials and stay on your feet all dayComfort working outdoors in all types of weatherYour own basic gear: tool belt, hammer, tape measure, and mud bootsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationA good attitude and the ability to take direction and adapt as the day changesThis role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the trade, stay active, and be part of a real crew.
