Mobile Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for all mobile service customersEfficiently schedule and manage mobile service appointmentsPerform vehicle walkarounds and intake at customer locations as neededClearly explain service needs, costs, and next steps to customersRecord concerns, review work orders, and get approvals for extra workFollow up with customers after service is completedHelp manage mobile service van inventory and readinessCoordinate closely with technicians and service team for smooth operationsPromote dealership services and build strong customer relationships
Mobile Service Coordinator Qualifications:
Experience as a service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role preferredPrevious experience at an automotive dealership is preferredStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsAble to work independently with professionalism and accountabilityFamiliarity with dealership software (DMS or CRM) is a plusGreat Customer Satisfaction Index requiredValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentPositive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
