Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate painting crews across multiple job sites during night shifts.
* Ensure all work meets project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
* Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew logistics.
* Provide nightly progress reports, including photos and production updates, to the Project
Manager Executive.
* Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment, with job site cleanliness.
* Perform site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
* Coordinate with the Project Manager Executive, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal
teams.
* Manage materials, equipment, and labor efficiently.
* Visit multiple job sites per night to ensure productivity and quality.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience as a Job Site Supervisor in commercial painting, with a minimum of
three years required.
* Experience managing multiple projects, preferably in retail environments.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
* Knowledge of painting methods, materials, and safety practices.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
* Ability to manage multiple crews.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Work Conditions:
* Night shift (overnight work required). 7:30 pm / 4:30 am 1 hr lunch.
* Travel between multiple project locations.
* Work in active retail spaces with strict deadlines.
Salary:
Base pay
* $1,500 per week or $78,000 per year.
* Typical bonuses
* $12,000 – $24,000 year
* Estimated total compensation:
* $90,000 – $102,000
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
