    Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst I to join our Business Technology team. This role involves optimizing enterprise systems, supporting ERP, WMS, and other platforms, and transforming data into actionable insights.     Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience with 2+ years in a related role.Experience with report-writing tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI, SSRS, etc.).Proficiency in SQL, C#, Visual Basic, HTML, XML, and Java or TypeScript.Familiarity with Microsoft database environments and basic understanding of web services.Experience with data collection, analysis, and documentation.Preferred: WMS, inventory control, and network/database administration experience.Strong communication skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.Ability to manage security profiles and access within ERP systems.Collaborative and driven team player with a focus on internal customer service.

Someone to oversee the Functional and Technical support teams in the client site. Someone who can lead a team of 6-12 people and bring together all the aspects of support, release management, stakeholder management, data acquisition, troubleshooting and reporting. This person can come from a number of different backgrounds but the focus needs to be on applications and software. You will be technology agnostic and have the ability to mentor, manage, collaborate and work with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
