    General ResponsibilitiesPerform light production and assembly operations on wire cutters, pliers, and associated hand toolsFollow verbal, written, and graphic instructions to ensure quality and accuracyMaintain productivity and safety standards throughout the shiftEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate the Swisher and rotary grinding machines; use gauges to ensure blade qualityPerform preset machining operations on Bridgeport millers, drill presses, and similar equipmentRound, de-burr, and tip parts using bench grinders and belt sandersUse hand files to remove burrs and adjust blade assemblies for proper cutting actionRivet blade assemblies and other piece partsCorrectly position and remove parts in punch press die areasPerform drilling and reaming operations using jigsAssemble grips and springs, clean, inspect, and package finished toolsMake quality judgments using gauges and instructionsComplete incidental tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and organizing as needed Read Less
