Summary
We are looking to expand and service field team with a qualified Service Technician. Individuals need to have previous pools servicing experience including maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities:
Install Chemical Systems Install small equipment in filter room Run all control wiring between various equipment in filter room Program and Startup all pools, pumps, filters, accessory equipment Chemical Balance and monitor pool operation Basic cleaning of pools prior to turnover Warranty and service requests after project turnoverQualifications
Previous Service Technician experience required Previous pool construction preferredPool Technician Skills: Water Chemistry – Pool Chemical System ontrol wiring and equipment control wiring (no line voltage) Pool equipment operation and servicing Communication and coordination skills Documentation and reporting skills: All documentation is completed digitally via company provided iPad with construction software Construction knowledge requirements: PVC Plumbing knowledge: PVC sch 40 and 80 plumbing up to 14” diameter Chemical Tubing Installation Control wiring installationLocation
Service Division: 100% in field - 90% local projects, 10% travel projects Region of work is within 5hrs of our office with the average distance in the 2-3 hr range. Additional pay available for employees able to work full-time remote based.Travel Projects
Service Technician is paid from the time they pick up service vehicle and start route.

Summary
We are looking to expand our construction field team with a qualified and motivated Commercial Pool Construction Crew Member. Our crew members are responsible for a wide range of hands-on duties at active commercial construction job sites.
We are currently hiring a Crew Member with the opportunity to advance into an Assistant Foreman or Foreman role depending on experience, leadership ability, and construction knowledge.
Responsibilities
Assist with all phases of commercial pool construction projects Perform excavation, grading, backfilling, and installation of stone bases Operate small to mid-size construction equipment safely and efficiently Support structural concrete work including forming, rebar installation, and concrete placement Assist with installation of commercial pool plumbing systems Install and repair PVC Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 piping up to 14” diameter Read and follow construction plans, layouts, and job specifications Maintain safe and clean construction job sites in compliance with OSHA standardsQualifications
Previous commercial construction crew member experience required Previous pool construction , pool service, or aquatic facility experience preferred but not required Experience with excavation, trenching, backfill, and site preparation Knowledge of structural concrete including forming, rebar, and concrete pours Experience operating construction equipment and power tools Working knowledge of PVC plumbing systems , including Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 pipe installation Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on active construction sitesLocation
100% field-based on active commercial construction job sites Approximately 75% of projects require travel and are located more than one hour from an employee’s residence Benefits: single room occupancy hotel room paid by MLCP, weekly per diem and travel bonuses offered for overnight travel projects. Typical project locations are within a 5-hour radius of our office, with the average travel distance ranging between 2–3 hours Additional compensation is available for employees who are able to work full-time on remote travel projects Local projects are compensated for onsite working hours only Travel projects include jobs requiring overnight stays Crew Members must be capable of traveling to and from all assigned job sites, including overnight travel projects, by their own means of transportation A valid driver’s license is required Candidates must maintain reliable transportation to meet construction project scheduling demandsAA/EEO Policy
