MaidPro Nashville is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented team member to join us as a Hybrid Cleaning & Operations Assistant. This unique role blends residential cleaning with office, training, quality control, and operational support responsibilitiesperfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact.
No two days are exactly the same! One day you may be helping make a customer's home shine, and the next you may be assisting with quality inspections, supporting our office team, training new Pros, or helping keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:
Residential cleaning to MaidPro standards
Quality inspections and providing feedback to team members
Customer service and customer support
Training and onboarding new Cleaning Pros
Dispatch and scheduling assistance
Supply, inventory, and laundry management
Office and administrative support
Helping create a positive and professional experience for customers and team members
Supporting day-to-day operations and special projects as needed
Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and opportunities for growth within the role
What We're Looking For:
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependability and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to perform physical cleaning duties
Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility within the company
Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required):
Residential cleaning or housekeeping
Office administration or administrative support
Team leadership, coaching, or training
Dispatching, scheduling, or operations support
Customer service experience
