The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. They will also oversee the work of any apprentice technician assigned to them.

Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management, Business Administration or related field requiredMaster’s degree or MBA desiredTen (10) years of experience in Human Resources with at least five (5) plus years at the management levelCertification in Human Resources preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP and/or PHR/SPHR)Current knowledge of State and Federal employment law, including experience with practical application and interpretation of employment lawExperience as a key member of a leadership team
