The Technical Project Manager serves as the technical authority for the Heavy Lifting Systems business, leading application engineering, technical solution development, engineering coordination, and technical project definition from customer opportunity through engineering release. This role bridges Sales, customers, and external engineers—owning application definition, technical scoping, and engineering coordination—while helping establish the foundational processes, standards, and documentation needed to evolve toward in-house engineering over time. The role blends sales support, application engineering, and technical oversight to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performance below-the-hook lifting solutions across North America, Europe, and Asia. Success is measured by proposal accuracy, technical quality, reduced engineering risk, and enabling successful customer delivery.
