    Position Summary $18hr-$20hr

    Shift Details: 3:30PM-12:00AM

    Adhere to The MAGI Foods LLC mission which is to deliver safe, legal oatmeal products of high quality made with authentic and intentional ingredients that are tasty, healthy, convenient, and affordable to our consumers. We have a responsibility to our customers to provide all our offerings within their required specifications and according to their requirements. Our commitment to safety is accomplished by adherence to FDA regulations, the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Version 8, HACCP & food safety principles, preventive controls, and food defense measures.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Performs verification activities for production, maintenance, shipping & receiving, sanitation, and quality per HACCP and BRC requirements.Trains on all food safety policies including HACCP and food defense.Completes daily records.Ensure product conformity with customer and regulatory standards.Reports any deviations to applicable management and enacts corrective actions.Ensure sanitary, safe, and good working condition of all equipment and facility areas.Participates in GMP inspections, Internal Audits, Mock Recalls, and management meetings or reviews.Ensures food safety and quality policies and procedures

    Education and Work Experience

    2+ year industry experience, food handling industry preferred.

    Higher education completion, a plus.

    Knowledge and Skills

    Good Manufacturing Practices.HACCP Certification recommended.Ability to read and write effectively.Able to identify deviations and enact corrective actions as needed.Excellent attention to detail and good organizationCapable of working independently to a production schedule

    The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely transporting raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the production facility. This role directly supports production efficiency by ensuring materials are delivered to workstations on time and finished products are moved to storage or shipping areas promptly.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials to production lines

    Supply production stations with necessary materials to prevent downtime

    Transport finished goods to staging or shipping areas

    Load and unload inbound raw materials and outbound shipments

    Safely stack and store materials in designated warehouse or production areas

    Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks

    Follow plant safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and GMP

    Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation

    Keep work areas clean and compliant with manufacturing standards

    Proven experience operating forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, etc.)

    Communicate effectively with production teams, supervisors, and shipping personnel

    Required Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED preferred

    Valid forklift certification

    1+ year forklift experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred

    Familiarity with production workflows and material staging

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

    Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

    Work Environment

    Industrial manufacturing plant

    Exposure to noise, machinery, dust, or varying temperatures

    PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (e.g., safety shoes, gloves, eye protection)

    May involve rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime
