Growing Property Management Company based out of Lakewood, NJ, is seeking a full-time, skilled Maintenance technician for single-family homes located throughout Ocean County with at least three years of experience. The maintenance technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the properties.
Summary of essential job functions:
