Type: Full-Time (Contract/1099 basis available) Role Summary:We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable professional to manage and scale Ventutto.com’s US operations from our Reston, VA office. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in e-commerce, a strong command of technology and AI, and proven skills in Shopify, social media marketing, content creation, and team leadership. You will oversee multiple departments, build a virtual assistant team, and ensure seamless operations to support our growth in a dynamic, on-site environment. Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Management: Oversee daily operations on the Shopify platform, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer experience optimization.Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and sales across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).Content Creation: Write compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and marketing content; oversee professional photography for product listings and campaigns to ensure high-quality visuals.Team Building & Management: Recruit, train, and manage a virtual assistant team to support departments such as customer service, marketing, and logistics, while fostering a collaborative on-site culture. Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, manage workflows, and implement systems to ensure efficiency across all operations. Technology & AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., AI-driven analytics, chatbots, or marketing platforms) to optimize operations, marketing, and customer engagement; stay updated on emerging tech trends.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for US operations, maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders, vendors, team members, and leadership.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals, develop growth strategies, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Requirements:Proven expertise with the Shopify platform (e.g., store setup, app integrations, and performance optimization).Strong background in social media marketing with experience driving engagement and conversions.Proficiency in content writing (e.g., product descriptions, blogs) and **photography** for e-commerce visuals.Experience building and managing virtual assistant teams to support multiple departments.Comfortable with technology and AI, with the ability to adopt and implement AI-driven tools for business efficiency.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and collaborative demeanor.Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced, evolving nature of online retail.Superb organizational skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.Maturity and leadership to drive results in a dynamic, on-site environment.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or a related field.Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, analytics, or customer service.Professional or amateur experience in photography or visual content creation for e-commerce.Proven success scaling teams in a startup or fast-growing company.Knowledge of data analytics to track performance metrics and inform decision-making.Experience with vendor management and logistics coordination in retail.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: Negotiable based on experience; competitive market rate for on-site e-commerce leadership roles in Reston, VA.Employment Type: Full-time position with the option for contract/1099 basis.
