As a Concession Associate at the Chicago Theater you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down your designated bar area. Count in and out all inventory items every shift. Serve snacks and beverages to guests in a timely and responsible manner. Maintain designated bar area clean and well stocked. Always promote positive guest/client experience and superior customer service. As a crucial member of our team, a Chicago Theatre Bartender may be requested to work a flexible schedule inclusive of early mornings, day & evening shifts (late evenings may be required), weekends, holidays and back to back events. All candidates must be available to work one third of the monthly shows scheduled. Additionally, a bartender may be assigned to an area where adverse temperature/weather conditions may affect them. This role requires Bartenders to stand for long periods of time and move freely throughout the property during their shift. What will you do? * The Concession Associate is responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests during events at The Chicago Theater. * Must be friendly, outgoing and create a welcoming environment to guests. * Will be responsible for the set up and operation of designated bar areas throughout The Chicago Theatre. * Duties include heavy lifting and maintaining cleanliness of designated bar area. * Will serve alcoholic beverages to patrons in a timely and responsible manner, while providing superior guest service to patrons of the Chicago Theatre. This role will also be responsible for managing game night staff, overseeing the credentialing process for home games, leading the development of the team's media guide, and coordinating information flow with the NYR content team. The Production Manager is responsible for the successful advancement and completion of the assigned events across the Madison Square Garden venues, including but not limited to Radio City Music Hall & The Beacon Theatre. The Production Manager position will encompass managing the operational execution of a wide range of events such as concerts, comedy shows, special entertainment events, and family shows. What will you do? * Production Manager will be responsible for administering all event planning with the client and venue stakeholders throughout the entire event process for assigned events, from advancement to being on-site for load-in through load out. * Responsible for administering all event planning with the client and venue departments including, but not limited to, staging, lighting and sound, client seating, and client staffing requirements. * Generate and maintain budgets with timely updates throughout the event process through constant analysis and attention to detail. * Track costs against budget for settlement with internal and external clients. * Produce AutoCAD drawings to illustrate seating maps to be used for the purpose of on sales across the event spectrum. The Employee Service Center (ESC) Supervisor oversees daily operations within the Employee Service Center, owning HelpDesk performance, queue management, and service levels. The Supervisor manages ESC Leads, who directly support and guide Employee Service Center Representatives, while serving as the primary escalation point for complex employee issues. Maintain strong visibility within venues to build business trust, proactively address employee concerns, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and processes. * Provide on-site operational oversight to ensure smooth day-to-day ESC operations and continuity across shifts, events, and venues.
