Position Summary
The Material Handler is responsible for accurately pulling and scanning units from designated bins according to standard operating procedures (SOP). This position requires meeting productivity standards of 150 units per hour while adhering to the Out-of-Stock (OOS) and Stock Review processes. The Material Handler must promptly report any discrepancies to the Pulling Lead and follow all instructions from Leads, Supervisors, and Managers. Maintaining a clean and organized work area throughout the shift is essential, with full cleanup required at the end of each shift. Replenishing and pulling product will require use of material handling equipment.

This position will also assist in ensuring POD personnel follow correct processes as well as receiving, transferring, and adjusting inventory.

Responsible for performing daily cycle counts triggered by out-of-stock items or incomplete transfer transactions.Reconcile inventory by conducting research of system documents.Monitor, evaluate, and correct discrepancy reports daily to maintain inventory.Work with Inventory Control dept if quantity after research is still over allotted qty. Perform audits on reported OOS and update log as needed.Assist with receiving physical packing lists delivered to the Ensenada location and uploading the validated documents to the shared drive.
