    Job Overview

    Our Asset Protection team uses advanced technology and analytics tools to reduce shortages and protect our company's bottom line. The Visual Security Officer is an entry-level opportunity within Asset Protection with the primary responsibilities of communicating suspicious activity to Asset Protection detectives and management, maintaining a safe business environment, and providing strong customer service. The Visual Security Officer is primarily stationed at customer entrances and monitors customer traffic entering and exiting the store as a visual deterrent to theft.

    Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.     What You Will Do

    Job Overview

    The Chief Engineer II maintains the physical structure and equipment of the building in optimal working condition, performing preventive maintenance and emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on electrical, mechanical, fire and life safety, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This role ensures effective communication with the Chief Engineer and MCCS management while supervising all Tradesmen and Facility Maintenance personnel, including Technicians, Electricians, Painters, and Carpenters. The Chief Engineer II mentors, coaches, and trains field staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to maintenance standards.

    What You Will Do

    Execute and oversee preventative maintenance, response calls, energy conservation, safety, purchasing, expense management, and training programs within assigned stores. Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities work, directing both Facilities personnel and contractors. Establish and communicate written individual goals for each direct report annually. Actively manage, coach, train, mentor, and recognize field staff to drive performance and engagement. Track and monitor key performance indicators, including eAM productivity statistics, expense results, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction reports. Ensure all purchases by direct reports comply with current purchasing procedures and utilize approved vendors and supply partners. Assist the Division Facility Manager in preparing and submitting capital requests. Regularly interface with Store Management, Operations, Visual, and Loss Prevention teams. Participate in store project planning and provide progress reports as needed. Perform electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other facility management tasks as required or permitted by the collective bargaining agreement. Adhere to all safety procedures and perform work in a safe manner.     Skills You Will Need

    Job Overview

    The Manager of Network Systems Operations collaborates with facility operations management, engineering, and the Macy's Technology WMS Support team to provide comprehensive technology support, including trouble resolution and special projects. Emphasis is placed on proactive measures to enhance throughput. This position reports to the Macy's Supply Chain Network Systems Team.

    What You Will Do

    Oversee all warehouse management systems (WMS), including Pyramid (WCS) ,Fortna WES, Knapp SCS and Beumer. Serve as the initial point of contact to investigate and troubleshoot WMS issues at Customer Fulfillment Centers. Act as the initial contact for all third-party CFC systems, including Pyramid, Beumer, Auto Boxer, and Auto Bagger. Research, troubleshoot, and determine the root cause of system failures impacting operations, including escalating to appropriate parties. Communicate incident ticket resolutions and root causes to the facilities. Partner with the Local Operations team to conduct daily health checks for system performance and follow up on issues. Prioritize work requests submitted via Service Now tickets. Participate in the configuration, testing/validation, and implementation of WMS releases at Macy's. Coordinate and execute disaster recovery planning and testing. Develop training documents and resources for facility system users. Regularly communicate with the Facility Operations team on daily productivity by function to ensure the system is optimized to support throughput. Assist in training business partners and facility counterparts on implemented systems and process changes. Create and distribute ad hoc queries (SQL) as required for Operations and senior leadership. Assist in the development of requirements for reports. Manage schedules and expectations for multiple facilities related to all WMS changes or enhancements and provide regular status updates. Document and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and best practices; keep training manuals and related documentation updated and available for local use. Collaborate with Human Resources and the Asset Protection team to create job roles with the appropriate level of systems access and controls, including managing ongoing adjustments and documentation. Conduct quarterly systems access audits and report results back to the Central WMS System Owner. Support Macy's supply chain objectives and business strategies, collaborating with various business partners and Macy's Tech to define and implement solutions that meet those objectives.     The Manager, Omnichannel Operations is essential to the growth and success of Macy's Omni customer service strategy within the At Your Service, Signing, and Merchandise Logistics areas.     What you will do

    Exceed sale goals by providing a personalized and elevated shopping experiences in-store and online Drive customer acquisition through networking opportunities, leverage social media to seek online and in-store traffic, and create and execute a compelling online presence to form awareness and promote the services and experiences you offer Partner with store team, vendors and community partners to develop and host virtual and in-store events to deliver incremental sales. Leverage selling tools and resources to increase annual spend and repeat client visit rates through ongoing outreach and correspondence; invite customers to virtual and/or in-person appointments; promote goods, looks, and products that are relevant to your customer. Make data driven decisions that will drive growth and understand your local market and customer base. Meet with the Store Manager on a regular basis to inform them of your performance, goals and actions. Complete Daily and weekly tasks include checking emails, appointment booking upkeep, customer follow-up, content development and posts, and other duties as assigned. Attend Vendor trainings and development workshops as assigned. Share your knowledge and support peers in growing their skillset while continuously developing yours Regularly participate in store leadership meetings and visits. Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment in alignment with our company standards and guidelines.     Who you are

    Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers. Self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs. Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. Keen sense of fashion, ability to coordinate items and suggestive selling techniques. Experience or familiarity with a variety of lifestyles, business segments and social media platforms while displaying credibility to interact with broad customer base. Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high touch selling position.
