The mission is to play a key role in driving the growth and profitability of the organization. Core Responsibilities: - Understand and champion the unique warehousing offerings. - Navigate the entire sales cycle, making potential clients our loyal partners. - Custom tailor solutions to specific warehousing, distribution, and transportation needs. - Create and present persuasive service proposals with clarity and conviction. - Offer transparent and competitive rate presentations to prospective clients. - Engage in strategic account management, always aiming for long-term partnerships and profitability. - Draft insightful sales reports to keep the team aligned and goals on track. - Collaborate harmoniously with Operations, focusing on: - Robust lead generation. - Strategic space allocation. - Periodic profitability assessments and rate modifications. - In collaboration with management, drive initiatives to incentivize other stakeholders to identify key sales opportunities. Experience: - 3-5 years in a rigorous sales position, ideally managing the entire sales process. - Highly connected within the 3PL industry with solid relationships in the food, beverage, and adjacent industries. - Proficiency in HubSpot CRM. - Proven track record in high-pressure sales environments. - Stellar presentation, negotiation, and project management prowess. - Demonstrated exemplary performance as a hunter Read Less
