We are looking for a Temporary HR Associate with strong payroll experience to support our HR operations during a system transition and maternity leave coverage.
This role is heavily focused on processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now, while also supporting employee relations, benefits, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions.
Candidates must have hands-on payroll experience. ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timelinessReview timesheets, PTO balances, and pay adjustmentsRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, PTO, discrepancies and other issuesMaintain accurate employee records in ADPFacilitate open enrollment and update payroll deferrals in ADPSupport 401(k) audits and related reportingAssist in handling legal and compliance-related HR mattersAdminister and track leaves of absence (LOA), ensuring compliance with FMLA, CFRA, PFL, PDL, bereavement, NPLA, jury duty, etc.Oversee hiring processes, including onboarding and new hire orientationRespond to employment verification requestsSupport onboarding and offboarding processesAssist with benefits administration (health, dental, 401(k), etc.)Support HR audits and compliance initiatives (including Form 5500 support)Assist with recruitment coordination and schedulingSupport ongoing HR projects, including ADP WFN transitionPerform other ad hoc HR duties as neededRequirements

We are looking for a mid-level Network Engineer to join a lean, high-output team and take real ownership of our core network infrastructure. This role exists to backfill a critical position. You will inherit a live environment with production responsibilities from day one. You will own and operate our core switching infrastructure, deliver network projects for customers, and extend capabilities into cloud networking across Azure and AWS. If you are someone who wants to be the person others call when things break, and who can also plan and execute complex network projects, this role is built for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and operate core switching infrastructure, including configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of Juniper and related platformsManage and support the CATO Networks SASE platform, covering policy management, site onboarding, and troubleshootingDesign, implement, and deliver customer-facing network projects from scoping through production handoffConfigure and manage cloud networking in Microsoft Azure (VNets, ExpressRoute, NSGs, Azure Firewall) and AWS (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect)Troubleshoot and resolve complex layer 2 and layer 3 network issues independently and under pressureManage routing protocols in production, including BGP, OSPF, and static routing across on-premises and hybrid environmentsConfigure and maintain network security controls, including firewalls, ACLs, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), and segmentation policiesMonitor network health and performance; proactively identify and address degradation before it becomes an incidentProduce and maintain accurate network diagrams, runbooks, and project documentationParticipate in on-call rotation and serve as an escalation point for network-related incidentsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
