What You'll Do
• Run service, repair, and warranty calls in residential and light commercial settings
• Diagnose issues clearly and walk customers through honest, practical options
• Quote and close jobs efficiently in Service Titan right from your phone
• Keep your service van clean, stocked, and ready to go
What You Bring
• 3+ years of residential service experience (required)
• Confidence diagnosing and repairing on your own
• Professional, clean, and respectful on customer job sites
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Electrical license is a plus (not required)
