    Thanks to our dedicated team, we are continuously driving costs down without compromising on quality for our customers. With that ethos imbedded into our vision, Lycamobile is currently seeking a Wholesale Sales Manager in Newark, NJ.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Facilitate negotiation and refinement of detailed contracts between the Company and Customers

    · Obtain high-level expertise and competitive advantages of branded offerings

    · Assists in preparation of proposals, presentations, goal setting, objection handling, closing referral development

    · Establish, maintain and expand customer base

    · Keep up to date with competitors and their products

    · Maintain sales activity reports

    · Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance

    · Interface with customer accounts

    · Manage assigned accounts

     

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

     

    · Sales or Independent Account Management experience preferred

    * Must have Telecom experience

    · Extensive experience in managing defined sales processes

    · Bachelor’s degree preferred

    · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    · Strong presentation skills

    · Able to travel 30-40% Out of Market if needed

    · Attention to detail

    · Strong people skills

    Lycamobile is seeking a talented Account Executive to join their Sales Team in Chicago, IL

    The individual will report to the Team Lead, Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.

    This position might be remote with a weekly commute to the Minneapolis, MN office.

    Position:

    The position is responsible for driving sales performance and related metrics of the associated territory to maximize company revenue. This is an outside sales position. The Account Executive is accountable for all activities contributing to the success of Retailers in his/her area of responsibility, including but not limited to: sales volume, dealer inventory levels, training, relationship building, merchandising, small business consulting, and brand advocacy in a retail environment.

    Through the Account Executive’s effort in reinforcing, the goal is to grown the customer activation and replenish activities of the Retailers who are: actively promoting Lycamobile, sufficiently inventoried, properly merchandised, knowledgeable of Lycamobile products and services, and selling Lycamobile as a primary brand in the store’s portfolio. These Retailers are both Independent and National.

    Responsibilities:

    · Drive company revenue

    · Increase customer’s activations (sales by dealer to customers) in the assigned territory

    · Grow the distribution and ensure the Retailers have an adequate supply of stock & merchandising/marketing materials

    · Educate and train Retailers on service offerings, systems and processes

    · Maintain and build relationships with store personnel

    · Improve the customer experience within the retail environments

    · Report daily activity, store level conditions, trends, and competitive data

    · Provide feedback on Retailer and consumer interactions

    · Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan for the designated region, driving measurable results for stores

    · Conduct store visits and phone call within region

    · Continue to expand sales through establishing and maintaining Retailer contacts through potential new Retailer leads that they see while out in the field or by getting referrals from existing Retailers

    · Strengthen brand awareness in the channel through merchandising, display maintenance

    · Must take measurements for custom Branding requests

     

    Skills and Requirements:

     

    · At least 2-5 years wireless retail sales or training experience (strongly preferred)

    · High school diploma or equivalent

    · Any combination of education and experience

    · Highly self-motivated and independent team player

    · Prior success meeting performance goals and requirements (prepaid wireless industry experience preferred)

    · Ability to take initiative and problem solve

    · Attention to detail and ability to multitask

    · Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate and direct projects

    · Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

    · Ability to work non-traditional hours to participate in evening and weekend events

    · Valid driver’s license (at least 2 years in the US)

    Through the Account Executive’s effort in reinforcing, the goal is to grown the customer activation and replenish activities of the Retailers who are: actively promoting Lycamobile, sufficiently inventoried, properly merchandised, knowledgeable of Lycamobile products and services, and selling Lycamobile as a primary brand in the store’s portfolio. These Retailers are both Independent and National.

    Responsibilities:

    · Drive company revenue

    · Increase customer’s activations (sales by dealer to customers) in the assigned territory

    · Grow the distribution and ensure the Retailers have an adequate supply of stock & merchandising/marketing materials

    · Educate and train Retailers on service offerings, systems and processes

    · Maintain and build relationships with store personnel

    · Improve the customer experience within the retail environments

    · Report daily activity, store level conditions, trends, and competitive data

    · Provide feedback on Retailer and consumer interactions

    · Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan for the designated region, driving measurable results for stores

    · Conduct store visits and phone call within region

    · Continue to expand sales through establishing and maintaining Retailer contacts through potential new Retailer leads that they see while out in the field or by getting referrals from existing Retailers

    · Strengthen brand awareness in the channel through merchandising, display maintenance

    · Must take measurements for custom Branding requests

    Skills and Requirements:

    · At least 2-5 years wireless experience required

    · High school diploma or equivalent

    · Any combination of education and experience

    · Highly self-motivated and independent team player

    · Prior success meeting performance goals and requirements (prepaid wireless industry experience preferred)

    · Ability to take initiative and problem solve

    · Attention to detail and ability to multitask

    · Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate and direct projects

    · Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

    · Valid driver’s license (at least 2 years in the US)

    · Bi-lingual Spanish

    Skills & Qualifications:

    ·       2+ years of experience in e-commerce, including hands-on experience managing and scaling sales on platforms such as Amazon, eBay or similar marketplaces.

    ·       Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketplace strategies that drive substantial sales growth.

    ·       Strong expertise in managing advertising platforms across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, and eBay).
