Marine Construction Estimator/Project Manager - Chesapeake, VA

A reputable marine contractor in the Chesapeake area is seeking an experienced Marine Construction Estimator/Project Manager to support ongoing projects and bid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates for marine construction projects (piers, docks, bulkheads, dredging, etc.).Perform quantity takeoffs, subcontractor outreach, and proposal development.Review plans, specs, and bid documents to build complete cost estimates.Collaborate with project teams during bid reviews and value engineering.
Qualifications
5+ years of marine construction estimating or project management experience.Proficiency with HCSS or similar estimating software.Strong understanding of marine/heavy civil construction methods and equipment.Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
