Job ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Marketing Execution
Drive all on-site marketing efforts with a focus on leasing performance and resident retention
Partner with the leasing team to support traffic generation, tours, and conversion goals
Execute marketing strategies that align with occupancy and leasing targets
Events & Community Engagement
Lead all on-site and off-site marketing events from ideation to execution and promotionPlan and execute brand partnership events (e.g., fitness classes, local collaborations, community activations)Assist with the execution of housing fairs and other key leasing eventsOwn the planning, coordination, and reporting of all resident events to enhance the resident experience and retentionPartnerships & Outreach
Act as the primary liaison for Greek life and student organizationsBuild and maintain relationships through chapter visits, coffee chats, sponsorships, and campus involvementIdentify and develop new partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive trafficPrograms & Experience Management
Oversee the Content Creator in Residence program, ensuring deliverables are met and aligned with brand standardsManage the Wellness in Residence program, including scheduling, substitutions, and partner accountabilityDigital Presence & Reputation Management
Manage property reputation across platforms including Google and Opiniion; respond to reviews and implement strategies to improve ratingsOwn and maintain the Google My Business listing, ensuring accuracy and optimizationManage and update ILS listings as needed to ensure accuracyEmail Marketing
Assist with planning, writing, and executing property email newsletters in coordination with the LV Marketing team, including content creation, scheduling, and performance trackingMarketing Performance & Reporting

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, brand partnerships, or related fieldExperience in student housing leasing or marketing preferredExperience planning events, managing partnerships, or leading campus/student organization initiatives is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and CanvaBusiness Skills
