You Will:
Organize and lead the daily work efforts of project teams while serving as the primary client and consultant contact.
Contribute to and enforce the project design philosophy while ensuring design, technical, and business objectives align.
Establish detailed work plans and monitor project milestones.
Supervise, mentor, and direct junior staff in the preparation of drawings, studies, and models.
Apply thorough knowledge of building systems, construction methods, structural systems, and MEPFP integration.
Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and regulatory requirements; coordinate with officials as needed.
Participate in strategic discussions with senior leadership regarding firm performance, client satisfaction, and profitability.
