Sales Assistant (Part-Time / Full-Time Available)
$18/hour | Austin, TX
We’re a remodeling company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help keep projects, clients, and proposals running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being the behind-the-scenes force that keeps everything on track. You’ll play a key role in helping the sales team operate efficiently and close more deals. What You’ll Do:
Create, format, and send highly detailed professional proposals to clients
Assist sales reps with day-to-day organization and task management
Track leads, follow-ups, and client communication
Make and receive follow-up calls, texts, and emails
Keep internal systems, notes, and pipelines updated
Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
Comfortable with basic computer tools (Google Suite, email, etc.)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision
Prior admin, sales support, or customer service experience is a plus
Construction / remodeling experience is a plus

$18/hour
Flexible hours (Part-time or Full-time depending on availability)
