    At Lund, we believe compassionate healthcare can transform lives. As a Licensed Nurse, you'll provide trauma-informed, client-centered nursing care to clients and children in our residential treatment program, helping clients build the knowledge, confidence, and skills to achieve lasting health and wellness. 

    This role coordinates client admissions and discharges, assesses and responds to healthcare needs, develops individualized health plans, and provides health education and support tailored to each client's goals. You'll serve as both a caregiver and advocate, empowering clients to navigate their healthcare while promoting healthy choices for themselves and their families. 

    Working closely with an interdisciplinary team and community healthcare providers, you'll coordinate medical care, schedule and attend appointments with clients as needed, and help ensure seamless continuity of care. This Licensed Nurse will administer and dispense prescribed medications, maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MAR/eMAR) and timely documentation, and ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations. 

    Beyond direct care, you'll facilitate an engaging eight-week health and wellness curriculum that equips clients with practical knowledge in wellness, parenting, preventative care, and healthy living. Through compassionate care, collaboration, and clinical expertise, this role plays an essential role in helping families heal, grow, and move toward greater independence. 

    This is a full-time, in-person, benefits-eligible position at our Burlington residential treatment facility. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000.  For the full job description, click here.

Our work is critical to providing families with a smooth transition process and ongoing support in the best interests of Vermont’s families and children.  

    This is a full-time, 40-hour a week and benefits eligible position. This is a home-based position that requires in-person work in Windsor and Windham Counties, Vermont. While work is performed primarily from a home office, regular travel throughout southern Windsor and some of Windham County is required to meet with clients.

    The Resident Treatment Program at Lund seeks a Weekend Residential Shift Supervisor, a vital role in supporting pregnant and parenting individuals in our program. We are searching for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families by creating a stable and nurturing environment where they can heal, grow, and thrive. This position ensures the smooth coordination and implementation of residential programming, fostering a safe, supportive, and structured environment for residents. The Shift Supervisor directly supervises Residential Counselors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality care and effective interventions. 

    Key responsibilities include assisting with the initial orientation of new residents, planning and coordinating client activities, encouraging relationship-building, and supporting counseling staff in supervising residents' daily schedules. The Shift Supervisor helps develop and implement individualized day plans, building strong relationships with residents to enhance communication and trust. Additionally, this role manages the hiring and onboarding of new Residential Counselors and Substitute Residential Counselors, ensuring a well-trained and engaged team. 

    As a key liaison, the Shift Supervisor collaborates with internal and external partners, including food services, medical providers, and other community resources, to ensure residents receive comprehensive support.

    Lund’s Regional Partnership Program (RPP) seeks a dedicated and driven Case Manager to support families, create meaningful change, and address substance use challenges in our communities. RPP Case Managers work out of local DCF Family Services offices to improve the well-being and permanency outcomes of children affected by parental substance misuse. This position will primarily support the Middlebury DCF district office while also providing coverage and support to additional districts as needed. Flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple communities and teams are essential in this role.

    In close collaboration with DCF staff, RPP Case Managers play a vital role at the front end of child protection, screening for problematic substance use, linking parents to appropriate treatment services, and addressing barriers to successful engagement. By increasing access to and participation in treatment, RPP Case Managers provide support at the individual level and across the broader care system, ensuring families receive the help they need to thrive.

    This role conducts substance use screenings, coordinates referrals to assessment and treatment providers, and fosters treatment engagement by addressing transportation, childcare, or stigma barriers. Case managers provide consultation and training to DCF staff on substance use and treatment services while liaising between the treatment system and DCF Family Services. Services are delivered in various settings, including DCF offices, community spaces, and caregivers’ homes, ensuring that families receive support where they need it most.

    Lund’s Regional Partnership Program (RPP) seeks a dedicated and driven Case Manager to support families, create meaningful change, and address substance use challenges in our communities. RPP Case Managers work out of local DCF Family Services offices to improve the well-being and permanency outcomes of children affected by parental substance misuse. This position provides support across both St. Johnsbury and Morrisville DCF offices, with times spent in each location varying based on referrals, caseloads and program needs. Flexibility, collaboration and the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple communities and teams are essential in this role. 

    In close collaboration with DCF staff, RPP Case Managers play a vital role at the front end of child protection, screening for problematic substance use, linking parents to appropriate treatment services, and addressing barriers to successful engagement. By increasing access to and participation in treatment, RPP Case Managers provide support at the individual level and across the broader care system, ensuring families receive the help they need to thrive.

    This role conducts substance use screenings, coordinates referrals to assessment and treatment providers, and fosters treatment engagement by addressing transportation, childcare, or stigma barriers. Case managers provide consultation and training to DCF staff on substance use and treatment services while liaising between the treatment system and DCF Family Services. Services are delivered in various settings, including DCF offices, community spaces, and caregivers’ homes, ensuring that families receive support where they need it most.
