This role will oversee projects from bid to completion, managing subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day project operations from bid to completion. Review subcontractor bids, confirm accuracy of materials, labor, and schedules. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Located in the Bay Area, CA, or willing to travel locally as needed.
