We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our Select Business Unit in a fully remote role.

    This position is responsible for managing day-to-day service needs for a book of small commercial accounts, supporting Sales Executives, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Florida commercial insurance market, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Provide technical support to Sales Executives by analyzing client needs, reviewing coverage, and preparing applications.Submit applications to carriers, follow up on quotes and policies, and ensure accurate issuance of binders, certificates, endorsements, and related documents.Manage renewals, audits, policy changes, billing, collections, and cancellations according to agency procedures.Respond promptly to client and carrier requests and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the service process.Identify exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up to ensure timely handling.Work to retain accounts by addressing concerns and resolving issues proactively.Requirements:
