About the Role:
Join Lullaby Infant Club LLC as a Childcare Lead Teacher (Pre-School) in Cleveland Heights, OH! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated educator to inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Lead classroom activities, including arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.Collaborate with staff to enhance the overall educational experience.Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare or preschool setting.Current CPR and First Aid certification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.State licensing requirements for childcare professionals.About Us:
