Role : Java Technical Architect Location : Charlotte, NC Job Description: Required Skills and Experience: 15+ years of experience : in software development, with at least 5+ years in a Technical Architect role. Expertise in Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) , Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), and microservices architecture. Strong proficiency in React.js : and related front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Redux, Webpack). Extensive experience with AWS cloud services , including architecture, deployment, and management of cloud-native applications. Hands-on experience with Snowflake : for data warehousing, data modelling, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with : (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and its application in full-stack development. Experience with database systems (relational and NoSQL), including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and system design skills. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
