POSITION: Program Analyst Risk Management
LOCATION: Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)
STATUS: Full time Contingent Hire
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Risk Management, Accounting or equivalent experienceExperience: 5+years of related experience with program financial management, government contract execution, funding documentation, and resource planningMust Haves: Extensive experience with program risk registers, conducts qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, and supports mitigation planning to protect cost, schedule, and performance objectives across Marine Corp portfoliosCitizenship and Clearance: US Citizen with ability to obtain Active Secret ClearanceTravel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirementsSkills: Strong knowledge of and experience with Marine Corp portfolios, risk registers, government contracting (FAR, DFARS); Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Client Familiarity: DoD and USMCTools Familiarity: Risk registers, FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other federal requirements; DoD Acquisition PolicyBackground: Government risk management/accounting background preferred
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Create and manage program risk registers, conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, and support mitigation planning to protect cost, schedule, and performance objectives across Marine Corp portfoliosSupport program financial management, government contract execution, funding documentation, and resource planningDevelop and maintain budget exhibits, spend plans, contract modifications, and business case analysis to ensure compliance with DoD financial and acquisition policyDevelop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analysesCoordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholdersPerform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
