SUMMARY
We are seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead our Guest Services team in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest. This leader will embody professionalism, warmth, and polish—ensuring the team is consistent, elevated in appearance and decorum, and aligned with our mission of authentic connection.
This manager will be the Manager on Duty (MOD) when other leaders are not in the club. This position will be predominantly afternoon and evening hours and likely cover weekends as well - the Guest Services Manager carries responsibility for the members experience supporting seamless operations across departments. Success in this role requires a balance of hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence.
The Team you will lead:
Dynamic and customer-oriented individuals who are our guests first impression of the Love.life wellness experience. They are the point person for all initial guest engagement and are passionate about wellness and authentic connection. This department informs, communicates, connects and inspires, with every interaction. They are both consummate host and gatekeeper, delivering our guests the experiences they request, and inspiring them to explore additional services and membership experiences.
What You’ll Do
· Lead and inspire Guest Services Leads and staff with clarity and consistency.
· Disseminate communication and ensure policy compliance across the team.
· Administer accountability with fairness—for both self and others.
· Oversee and coordinate interdepartmental scheduling across Medical, Spa, Fitness, and Wellness.
· Manage multiple digital platforms daily, including our Love.Life App that menages all member scheduling, communication and purchases.
· Inspect premises regularly to identify areas requiring cleaning or repair; ensure Housekeeping and Maintenance are promptly informed and standards are met.
· Manage, update, and create checklists and SOPs as operations evolve.
· Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in evening hours and/or weekends, overseeing the facility and guest experience.
· Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and empathy.
· Maintain team presence: polished, consistent, and elevated at every touchpoint.
You and Your Qualifications
· Experienced: 3–5 years of management in hospitality, wellness, or food and beverage.
· Skilled: confident with scheduling, multiple digital platforms, evolving technology, customer service, and writing operational procedures.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Comfortable with operating and overseeing wellness modality equipment and ensuring safe, seamless guest experiences.
· Comfortable with technology apps and able to navigate conversations with IT support and coordinator.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Love.Life from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Attendance standard for salaried exempt team members is dedicating adequate time to fulfill the duties outlined in this job description equal to, or more than 40 hours per workweek. This position is to fulfill the need for Leadership in the facility in the afternoon/evening hours.
Due to the cyclical nature of the industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the needs of the business.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Functional Medicine & Longevity Physician to join the clinical team at Love.Life El Segundo. This role is ideal for a physician who combines medical excellence with a passion for holistic, lifestyle-oriented care. You will guide members through personalized health optimization journeys, leveraging advanced diagnostics, precision therapeutics, and an integrated care team. This is an opportunity to practice medicine in a state-of-the-art wellness environment, where science meets lifestyle and prevention meets well-care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct collaborative primary care & functional/integrative medicine visits and limited acute care, both virtually and in-person.
· Conduct comprehensive medical assessments utilizing advanced diagnostics, biomarker testing, and genomics including interpretation of functional lab results (DUTCH, GI- Effects, Viome, nutrigenomics, etc.)
· Create individualized health and longevity care plans that address cardiovascular, hormonal balance, gut and metabolic health, inflammation, recovery, and performance to recommend targeted interventions
· Collaborate with Love.Life’s integrative expert practitioner care team to deliver cohesive, multidisciplinary personalized programs
· Serve as a trusted medical advisor to a curated panel of members, providing access and personalized follow-up.
· Review and document patient care in the company's EMR system.
· Contribute to continuous innovation in Love.Life’s health optimization protocols and member experience
· Stay abreast of emerging science in longevity, functional medicine, and regenerative health
Qualifications
Required:
· MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license in California
· Active Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
· Completion of (or current enrollment in) a recognized Functional or Integrative Medicine program (e.g., IFMCP, A4M, ABIHM)
· 5+ years' experience in a primary care clinic seeing patients, including telehealth experience
· Strong foundation in lifestyle and preventive medicine, with a collaborative, patient-centered approach
· Experience in diagnosing and administering HRT and Peptides
· Comfortable leveraging technology and utilization of systems and tools
· Collaborating in partnership with leadership to create medical programs
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to a high-touch, relationship-based care environment.
Preferred:
· Experience in direct primary care, membership-based, and/or concierge medical models
· Background in performance medicine, nutrition science, or biohacking.
· Familiarity with advanced diagnostics including DEXA, VO₂ max/RMR, continuous glucose monitoring, and metabolic testing
· Additional licenses for telehealth desired

JOB SUMMARY
As a part-time Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate is clinically competent, detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in performing IV insertions and managing intravenous therapies and intramuscular injections. In addition, this position will support various projects needed by the medical team.
