    Job Description

    As Cash Management Services Teller, you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure preparation and processing of cash, coin, and check deposits for our Loomis customers.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and proceduresSeparate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by denominationPrepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination for each customer assigned

    Requirements

    Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write and record numbersAbility to perform simple computer data entryAbility to use calculator by touch

    Working Conditions

    · Full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week performed in 8 hour or split shifts

    · Work is performed in a room or work area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light

    Essential Functions/Job Qualifications

    As part of the qualification process for the Cash Management Services Teller position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. This evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas:

    Lift:

    - 2lbs vertical lift from 36 inches to 52 inches from the floor (15X)
    - 25lbs vertical lift from 8 inches to 33 inches from the floor (1X)
    - 18lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 36 inches from the floor (5X)
    - 2lbs vertical lift from 7 inches to 62 inches from the floor (17X)

    Lift-Carry:

    - 30lbs vertical lift from 8 inches to 40 inches from the floor, and horizontally transfer 10ft (1X)

    Push-Pull:

    - Horizontally transfer 47lbs of force on a sled (single, non-dominant arm), a distance of 1ft (1X)

    Repetitive Coupling:

    - Squeeze Jamar Hand Dynamometer requiring forces up to 30lbs / both right & left hands (17X each)

    Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

    Shift: Start Time - Varies between 5:30am - 8:30am. End Time - There is no scheduled end time_ End time varies by route, traffic, weather. Your day ends when you have completed your route & end-of-day duties.

    Hours are typically 8-12 hours a day with a minimum of working 5 days anytime during a 6-day period (will work one weekend day starting out more than likely Saturday) your 2 days off are usually scheduled consecutively

    *Class D (Chauffeur's) License is required before hire for this position

    Drive automatic armored vehicles and other vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locationsService ATMs and Smart SafesService customer stops, including delivering customer change orders and picking up deposits.Load/unload vehicle cargo including multiple bags and boxes of coinsCount items, record, and sign for cargo itemsOther duties as assigned by management

    Requirements

    At least 21 years of ageAt least a 3-year driving recordAbility to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate via US Department of Transportation approved medical examinersA valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements per the state to which you are applying is required.

    **Loomis will pay for security and firearms qualifications, licensing and permitting.

    Working Conditions

    Full-time schedule potentially consisting of an average 40 to 50 hours/week, with minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period. Occasional weekend workApproximately 90-95 percent of work performed in air-conditioned vehicle within individual compartments (front and rear)

    As a Cash Management Services Teller, you collaborate with your team to ensure the safe and secure preparation and processing of cash, coins, and check deposits for our Loomis customers.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and procedures.Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by denomination.Prepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination for each customer assigned.

    Requirements

    Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write, and record numbers.Ability to perform simple computer data entry.Ability to use calculator by touch.

    Working Conditions

    Full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week performed in 8 hour or split shifts.Work performed in a room or work area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light.Work performed from a sitting position (on a stool with back support) or standing position (in front of a 3.5 – 4-foot-high counter)

    Job Description

    Coin Processors work as team members of the cash handling department. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the coin wrapping machine; also moving inventories of coin after robotic process complete. Material handling, forklift, and machinery experience preferred.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Work with automated, cutting edge, robotic machinery in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment where meeting volume standards is mandatory. Operate, maintain, diagnose and repair machinery consistently and correctly over an 8-hour shift. Move inventories of coin after robotic process complete. Control chain of custody for coin inventories through automated process. Adhere to all mandates and policies required by Supervisor. Communicate verbally with co-workers and management.

    Required Skills

    This position requires a high level of dedication and accountability. Must be motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised at times. A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and adjustments, troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with assistance, communicate with a high level of detail to tech support. Ability to push/pull wagons, carts, buggies, dollies loaded with cargo weighing up to several hundred pounds. - Unrestricted ability to stand, walk, bend, squat. Ability to repetitiously lift bags of coin weighing from 30-55 pounds from ground level to a height of at least 4-feet, approximately one (1) bag per minute. Ability to lift boxes of rolled coin (weighing as much as 12-25 pounds) off conveyor belt and position on rack on level from 6 inches to 3 feet off floor level.Ability to count, add and subtract; record numbers and signatures; read weights and distinguish coin denominations.
