    Lonestar Electric Supply is looking for an Inside Sales Associate who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic with a strong desire to provide superior Customer Service. They must be comfortable making and receiving calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.


    Responsibilities:

    Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up and outbound calls and emails.Understanding customer needs and requirements and making recommendations based off opportunity.Manage customer expectations by ensuring commitments are met.Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.Build and monitor sales pipeline and close deals.Develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers within customer and prospect organizations.Other duties as assigned by your sales manager.

    Requirements:

    High School diploma or equivalent.Proven inside sales experience in the electrical supply and distribution industry. Track record of over-achieving quota.Strong phone presence.Proficient with corporate productivity and business technology.Experience working with popular CRM systems.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Strong listening and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Physical Requirements:

    Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.

    Lonestar Electric Supply and its subsidiaries are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who will manage warehouse associates and ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and profitably. They will also drive and promote our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN!


    Responsibilities:

    Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts.Responsible for ensuring safety is first and safety policies and procedures are followed.Hires and trains new warehouse employees.Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.Completes all required management reports.Executes maintenance activities when needed.Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations.Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in warehouse conditions that are not always climate controlled and may include, heat and humidity. Noise level may be loud at times. Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, prompt, reliable and engaged. They will also have a strong desire to provide superior Customer Service, exceeding customer goals and expectations and following our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN.


    Responsibilities:

    Schedules drivers for pick-up and delivery; selects most efficient routes for each driver.Oversees equipment availability; assigns drivers, trucks, and extra drivers when needed.Consolidates orders into truckloads for specific destinations.Anticipates weather complications along routes and at the drivers’ destinations; communicates delays and route changes as necessary.Maintains radio and/or phone contact with drivers; receives and dispatches response and emergency aid when needed. Maintains and reviews billing and operation records; monitors daily logs for errors and/or compliance violations.Monitors drivers’ working hours to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.Oversees maintenance and repair schedules for vehicles.Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills to prepare and assign routes.Strong leadership skills to ensure drivers’ compliance with direction and assignments.Basic understanding of geographical area and mapping programs to facilitate efficient routing.Proficient with or able to quickly learn dispatch and recordkeeping systems.Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure.Thorough understanding of shipping industry.

    Responsibilities

    Receive, verify, and stock various wires utilized in the electrical industry.Review orders, pull requested wire from spools, examine for accuracy, and wrap for transport.Provide loading and unloading support as needed. Update databases timely and provide accurate inventory counts as requested. Follow processes and procedures as instructed by your Lead or Wire Room Supervisor. Help maintain a clean and organized working environment.Follow established safety guidelines and proper protocols. Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external partners, customers, logistics professionals, vendors as well as vendor partners and employees. Proactive communication to management regarding issues and concerns.Other tasks as assigned by leadership.

    Requirements

    Ability to operate various types of wire and material handling equipment including wire cutters, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.Strong reading and communication skills.Epicor Eclipse ERP experience preferred.
